Our season begins the first Friday in April and ends after the Sunday before Labor Day. Our restaurant is open Friday and Saturday from 5-10 & Sunday noon-9. Tin Lizzy's has live music on Friday's 8 p.m.-12 a.m., Saturday's from 9:00 p.m.-1:00 am and Sunday's from 6:00-10:00 on our open air deck on the Tickfaw River. We're available for private parties year round.
We are a family owned and operated natural foods company. We make gourmet salad dressings and Toby's Tofu Dip.
How did it all start?
Well it started with the one and only Toby of course. The company originated at the Oregon Country Fair in 1987, where Toby create many of the original recipes that remain famous to this day. The Tofu Pate was first produced for sale, from Toby's home certified kitchen. Mike and I (Trevor) have wanted our own catering and food business for 10 or more years. We have done numerous pig roast's and we enjoy smoking ribs, pulled pork and more. Having our own trailer and making our food available to everyone really is a dream that is soon to be a reality. Our food is going to homemade in our mobile kitchen from our own rubs, bbq sauce and Mindy's baked beans/coleslaw. This is food that we would feed our families and do.
