In the south of France, more precisely in Provence, a cabanon represents an authentic cuisine, usually located in a house's garden, where all the mothers and grandmothers used to cook regional specialties for the entire family and anybody lucky enough to be around at the right place at the right time.
The door was always open. Since we had the chance to witness it in our childhood, we wanted to recreate this environment with the same welcoming spirit. So we decided to name our place "OCabanon".
