Our crew selects only the finest, locally-raised Black Angus beef, hand-cuts each portion, then wet-ages the beef for at least 28 days. This wet-aging process naturally tenderizes the meat and deepens the flavor, resulting in the signature Rube’s flavor and texture everyone loves.
