Fundada em 1994, a PROFRESCO é uma empresa familiar que começou por ser apenas uma peixaria, distinta pela sua qualidade e selecção de produtos. Hoje em dia, conta também com um restaurante e com uma unidade fabril onde prepara e condiciona todo o tipo de pescado e marisco, fresco ou congelado.
No restaurante pode desfrutar dos produtos da peixaria, confeccionados com todo o carinho, e de uma vista soberba para a Ilha da Berlenga.
O facto de estar situada no litoral oeste de Portugal, em Peniche, num dos portos de pesca mais importantes do país, faz com que a PROFRESCO tire partido de uma fonte de matéria-prima rica em pescado e marisco.
