Executive Chef Micah Newman brings his fresh and innovative culinary style to every table. His passion for quality, consistancy and unique flavor combinations are what makes him one of the best in the city. He began in the dish pit and worked his way up eager to learn from his talented mentors in the Bay Area and beyond. Now he leads the a.Lure team in creating contemporary, delicious and inspired dishes every day.
