XyZ Pintos y Botanas is a new partnership between Chef Javier Ortega and entrepreneur Maricruz Rosas that brings their two families together to recreate the comforts of eating at home amongst friends. The XyZ experience features family-style courses and nightly specials that blend New and Old World flavors, set in the warm and intimate atmosphere designed by contemporary artist Ray Smith, husband of Ms. Rosas.
