In starting this business I would really like to just share my love for coffee. I want to let the world have the opportunity to taste some of the best coffees out there and gain understanding for the flavor characteristics of the roasted coffee bean. There are so many different roasts and brewing methods that can alter the flavor so many different ways. The knowledge that I have gained in my last five years as a barista will help me to make this happen.
