The Granby Inn and Restaurant is a character filled old Coaching Inn that offers fine dining for the knowledgeable food enthusiast. We are ideally situated in the heart of Northumbria, on the A697 just north of Morpeth and within easy reach of the beautiful Northumbrian coast, the Cheviot Hills, the Borders and the ancient town of Alnwick.
We use only the finest local ingredients delivered daily from a local family butcher, a local greengrocer and a North Shields Fish Merchant.

Daniel Curtis formally the sous chef from Doxford hall and Rachel Elliott formally from The Shoulder of Mutton have taken over the lease.
We took over on Tuesday and were open for business as usual on Wednesday.
Our aim is to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere to all customers old and new.
