Under new ownership, Wally's (formerly Wally Mitchell's) has wasted no time letting the community know this Breakfast and Lunch staple will now be open 7 days a week all year round for Breakfast, Lunch AND Dinner. Have a cup of our premium "Grumpy Monkey" coffee from one of Princeton's leading roasters "A Small World Roaster," or choose a flavor from our robust tea selection to complement your delicious breakfast. All your favorites are here, from eggs cooked to perfection, our Eggs Benedict (Jersey Style), to the sweeter side with Pancakes, French Toast and Waffles. Enjoy them as classics, or indulge one of our sweet twists such as Cinnamon Roll or Reeses Pancakes or fresh fruit topped Waffles and French Toast with our house-made sweet cream. If you come in for lunch BE SURE to start off with one of our 7 delicious house-made soups, all available daily. But leave room for your main dish whether you order from the lighter side with a salad or wrap, or you opt to indulge in Wally's signature dish, the Mac 'N Cheese bowl. Served with chicken breast, bacon, mushrooms and topped with truffle oil for the final touch, it is to die for, and not one person that's tried it has disagreed.
