Mike and I (Trevor) have wanted our own catering and food business for 10 or more years. We have done numerous pig roast's and we enjoy smoking ribs, pulled pork and more. Having our own trailer and making our food available to everyone really is a dream that is soon to be a reality. Our food is going to homemade in our mobile kitchen from our own rubs, bbq sauce and Mindy's baked beans/coleslaw. This is food that we would feed our families and do.
