Located on Seattle's Historic Waterfront, the Salmon Cooker Restaurant & Bar features fresh local seafood, oven baked on wood stove fires right before your eyes. We have fresh salmon, crab, and a full menu to give you and your family the perfect quick meal on the beautiful Seattle Waterfront.

Feeling adventurous? Try an oyster shooter at our Oyster Bar! Watch as fresh oysters are shucked before your eyes. If raw is not your thing, we also cook oysters in a variety of ways.

We also have a wonderful old fashioned style ice creamery with an amazing variety of flavors and cones. We proudly serve Northwest-produced Cascade Glacier premium ice cream.

We can accommodate you for a casual lunch or dinner and you are welcome to just walk right in. We have both enclosed and open air seating, so it is the perfect place for any day.
