The brainchild of both father and son Jose and Radhames Veras, Stingray Sushifusion was born out of a pure desire to share our passion for food, art and culture. By blending Japanese Sushi with the spices of Latin America, Stingray SushiFusion has created a unique union of two different cultural delights. We provide our Rochester clientele, with a creative taste of sushi not obtainable anywhere else.
