Smohk & Mischief was founded out of one mans desire to cook whopping great big barbecue for friends and family

SMOhK AND MISCHIEF is a smoke house and Hog Roast company in Cheshire. We specialise in the quality of our produce, the highest level of customer service and our ability to adapt to our clients needs. Our ethos is one of sourcing locally, partnering with sustainable suppliers. We aim to support our local economy AND have a positive impact on the environment and community.

All of our products are smoked over British hardwoods from sustainable woodlands, our cutlery is created from the waste element of bamboo production rather than palm and is biodegradable. Finally, we use local printers to provide us with our biodegradable packaging to ensure that our environmental footprint is as small as possible.

Our aim is to push the boundaries of smoked goods. We mix complex and unusual blends of flavours with traditional cuts of meat. Who'd have thought that bitter chocolate and Juniper would complement Venison so well!?
