We craft Revival Ice Cream from scratch, starting with pasteurizing organic dairy. It's handmade daily in small batches sourcing only locally grown and organic ingredients. Revival Ice Cream is real food artfully combined to create rich, scrumptious and unique flavor combinations. A revival of flavor, a revival of craftsmanship - there isn't better way to say it, our ice cream is a product of pure love.
We focus on utilizing fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers, nuts, and whole grains to bring the best of the farm straight to your cone. All of our sauces, add-ins, toppings and garnishes are made in house. Our goal is to create unique, tasty, delicious, and fun flavors while staying rooted within nature’s bounty.
In addition to scoops of great flavors of ice cream and sorbets we offer an array of frozen desserts such as ice cream sandwiches, popsicles, shakes, floats using house made sodas, profiteroles, traditional and Chef curated sundaes, pints, ice cream cakes and pies to go. Our housemade toppings include fudge sauce, whipped cream, meringues and assorted crunchy pearls as well as whipped coconut milk, peanut butter powder, speculoos crumbs and vegan cocoa paper to name a few.
We believe in creating community one scoop at a time by supporting local farmers, quality purveyors and opening a dialogue on culinary craftsmanship. We offer a welcoming space to enjoy favorite flavors and to adventure into new territory while experiencing warm service from our knowledgeable staff.
Our culinary team is led by James Beard Semi-Finalist Executive Pastry Chef Ron Mendoza. His resume features a prestigious pedigree of fine dining restaurants including Forbes Five Star Aubergine at L’Auberge Carmel, the French Laundry in Napa Valley, and Patina in Los Angeles. Mendoza’s style is creative, using techniques both modern and classical while striving for balance in flavors and textures. His incredible talent for creating amazing desserts and his years of experience in restaurants and fine dining make him the ideal driving force for Revival Ice+Cream’s recipes and service ethic.
At Revival Ice Cream we aim to combine the craftsmanship of ice cream making, the mindfulness of place and time, and our education and desire to evoke old memories and produce new emotions.
