The location is on the corner of Edward and Margaret Street giving us great visibility. It has a large outside area perfect for functions, Friday afternoons and a great place to catch up with friends.
The vision was clear for us, create a location where Craft beer, European eats and city life go hand in hand. Everyone is welcome at Mr Edwards, we want you to feel at home here and enjoy the hospitality on offer.
Head chef Mick Garry who originates from Ireland will ensure your taste buds are more than happy on departure.
Mick has spent his 15 years in the business working in some of Dublin’s finest, such as Thornton’s Restaurant (One Michelin Star) and worked alongside Guillaume Lebrun from the awarded Two Star Michelin Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud.
Our focus is not relying on the next big fad but to ensure Mr Edwards becomes a household name in the city of Brisbane for quality, creativity and good old fashioned customer service.
Our menu is a Euro fusion, Charcuterie, slow cooked meats as well traditional alehouse offerings.
Our drinks menu is offering a large selection of craft beer, fine wine, cocktails and top quality spirits.
Coopers the god father of craft beer has partnered up with Mr Edwards to showcase their largest range of their beers in Queensland. This year’s Vintage ale is currently available on tap and for the first time in Queensland the stout is pouring on tap.
We are open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Monday to Friday 7am till late, from 9am Saturday till late and 9.00 till 16.00 Sunday.
