Owners Janna Rodriguez and Oscar Torres vision's is today a beautiful kitchen and restaurant in the heart of downtown Merced.

J&R Tacos opened in 2006, with one goal in mind: Create A healthy Twist on Mexican Cuisine
Everything about J&R Tacos is authentic. From our menu to out methods to our decor. We are a locally owned independent little restaurant on Main Street with many ideas, a huge heart and a true love for our community.
The food is prepared with the health conscious in mind. It's a nod to the past with an eye on the future of cuisine in America. "
