This little pizza stall represents a big labour of love and a culmination of perseverance and determination to overcome many obstacles. Family and friends have been hugely supportive, encouraging and even inspirational.
My mother is of Italian descent. Her cooking sparked my passion for food. The incredible oven was designed and built by my dad. My sister in law and brother (sous chef at a Michelin star restaurant) helped me with recipe ideas. My friends and family have given me lots of encouragement (in exchange for lots of free pizza!) So this, ladies and gentlemen, is 'Gina's Pizzas'!
