Established in 2001, Pat Galuppi helped the original owner, Mr. Bush, open up 620-subs and make it a staple for families, students, and locals in and near Downtown Boca Raton. The Galuppi's family stayed in touch with Mr. Bush and when they found out that Mr. Bush was selling his shop, Pat's son,Grant, wanted to make sure the famous subs remained a staple for locals. In 2016, Grant and Lauren Galuppi took over ownership, updated the menu to include their famous soups and salads and gave the store a fresh updated look. Taste the sandwiches that made 620-Subs a staple in Boca Raton along with a complete selection of soups made fresh daily, salads made to order and custom platters for pickup or delivery.
