Bread & Bleu is a unique Sandwich Parlor serving handcrafted sandwiches, soups, sides, and hand-spun custards.

It all started with a desire to combine passion for good food and top shelf ingredients with quality customer service.

We aim to "Keep it Simple" while giving attention to detail. Whether it’s making everything “in-house” or choosing to pay a little more for all-natural & organic ingredients, we set the bar high for ourselves in order to bring our patrons the very best.

At Bread & Bleu, all meat, produce, and bread will be locally sourced as much as possible. We want you to know what you're eating and feel good about it, too!

Bread & Bleu aims to create a fun and positive environment and hopes to be known as a great, unique sandwich shop in Blairsville, Ga.
