Healthy food does not necessarily mean that health is guaranteed, the health of the individual is only considered as such from a holistic perspective.
AmaLuna restaurant doesn’t seek to impose any food model, we simply want to offer through our dishes and our recipes a different tasty alternative of food, which we could call ‘’ peaceful food’’.
Our recipes are the result of thorough investigation, dedication and inspiration testing, just like a game played with different colors, textures and flavors, which ends with a really extraordinary result from the taste and nutritional point of view. The touch of Italian Mediterranean cuisine in vegetarian and vegan dishes brings flavors that will surprise the most demanding palates.
Our artisan production of pasta, cheese, tofu and “wheat’s muscle”, (meat no meat) has reached a really satisfactory level that guarantees quality and genuineness.
We conclude with an element that we consider decisive, that is, the modality and attitude of mind when cooking, an intangible but very powerful factor; cooking in a serene state is an indispensable prerequisite for success: the food will be good because the cooks humor is also good.

AmaLuna es un restaurante vegan y organico ubicado en RD, Punta Cana. Ofrecemos, a través de nuestros platos y recetas una alternativa sana, gustosa y diferente de alimentarse sin utilizar ningún productos de origen animal. Por esta razón la definimos comida “pacifica”.
Nuestras recetas son el resultado de búsqueda, dedicación, inspiración y pruebas, como un juego que se realiza con diferentes colores, texturas y sabores, lo cual termina con un resultado desde el punto de vista gustativo y nutricional realmente extraordinario, sorprendiendo los paladares mas exigentes y quien se acerca por primera vez a este tipo de cocina . La producción artesanal de pasta, panes, quesos, yogurt y carne, ha alcanzado un nivel realmente optimo que garantiza calidad y genuinidad.
