Matt and Clare have a vast amount of experience of the pub, hotel and food trades.
Matt started as a Chef in the RAF and after leaving continued to work as Head Chef in hotels and pubs, Matt has also previously owned pubs.
Clare has been in the pub industry all her life and has managed and owned different styles of pub, wet only and mixed.
Our aim at Betty Cottles is to deliver good freshly cooked pub food, a wide range of beers, ales, spirits and soft drinks and give great service.

Mooplehog and Man-thing are Rebecca and Shane Green. Mooplehog is our retail refuge where shoppers can enjoy fab and funky treasures for themselves and their homes. We aim to support local manufacturers and upcycling projects. We hope to be open for business in April 2017.
