opened in 2006 in downtown nampa by the original boise flying m owners, kevin and lisa myers. flying m coffeegarage was originally a firestone and before it's transformation to serve coffee, it was a transmission shop in the back and a pawn shop up front. we serve house-roasted coffees, scratch-made baked goods, and offer a curated, quirky gift shop.
our roasting room is located in the garage area and is busy mon-fri roasting for our two flying m locations, plus many restaurants, coffee shops, carts, and stores in the treasure valley and beyond. we offer free coffee cupping classes monthly.
