Hello my name is Mark Solomon (owner and head chef of Qzine).
Over the years I have toured a few countries in the middle east, therefore I have used Mediterranean recipes and skills that I’ve picked up along the way. Readily shown to me by greek, Lebanese, Turkish and Arabic people; and of course all of them know the secrets to healthy eating and they do it with style and taste! I have used some of these ideas and recipes to create a healthy eating menu for all people and all seasons.
Half coffee shop, wine bar and brasserie; half interior design superstore. The Emporium is genuinely unlike anywhere you have seen or been before and its Parisian Grand Cafe style appeals to everyone.
Housed in an old Methodist Chapel, lavishly and lovingly converted to create three huge floors of eating, drinking and shopping, The Emporium is a haven from the mass production, hard sell ethos that has overtaken the rest of the world. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal and that's the way we like it.
