Our creative cooking is based on our national products, fresh from the ocean. The vegetables and fruits we use are seasonal, and all of our guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a 6 course dinner menu with 3 starters, 1 main dish and 2 desserts. You will also be able to choose between a vegetarian menu and a regular menu. The chef will also gives you the opportunity to choose his house specials.

Bocas Blended is an old refurbished Thomas school bus and so much more! Founded in 2009, we are now a fully operational restaurant. Our kitchen was once inside of the gutted bus, but is now in the new building on our new property. The steering wheel has been made into a table on that sits on our new, beautiful, over the water deck, and the engine has been removed to make room for storage under the 'hood.'
