Our kitchen prepares cozy meals from the freshest local, seasonal ingredients with a particular focus on the rich history of the abundant Similkameen.

The Kitchen at the Grist Mill is one of amenities available at the Grist Mill and Gardens Historic Site and serves up delicious soups, salads, sandwiches and other comfort foods inspired by the spectacular bounty and history of the Similkameen Valley. We use many fruits, veggies and herbs grown on the site as part of our project to research, preserve and share unusual or rare heritage varieties.

Our kitchen is open for lunch daily from Victoria Day to Thanksgiving and serves Sunday Brunch in the fall and spring. Please check our website for details on our operating schedule.
