An eco-farm that offers food and lodging located in San Gil, Santander, Colombia
Eco Fish and Eat "Pesque y Coma La Laguna" is a family friendly eco-resort run by a local family that has lived in San Gil for over a century. We offer home-cooked meals that use local ingredients (some directly from our farm). We sit on 12 hectacres of land filled with fruit trees, farm animals (chickens, rabbits, turtles, guinea pigs, dairy cows, ducks), ponds filled with local delicious fish that you can fish yourself, and spectacular views of the San Gil valley. We also grow and make coffee here on our farm. We have a game room with pool table, foosball, ping pong, and a basketball court. We are very close to all the outdoor adventures that San Gil has to offer - river rafting, kayaking, paragliding, cave expeditions, bungie jumping, eco-trekking, sport fishing. Stay with us in our guests rooms, we have rooms with occupancy for 2, 3, 5, and 7 people, and all our rooms have private bathrooms, and satellite TV (DirectTV). All cabins have their own hammocks.
Located only 7 mins drive to San Gil downtown, we are close enough to all the activities, but far enough for you to enjoy the quietness of countryside.
