Molly's Crepe Escape has been serving fresh, made-to-order, savory and sweet crepes, in Taos - New Mexico, in the Taos Ski Valley, and throughout the southwest since 2008. In the winter, from Thanksgiving to April, we serve hungry skiers and snow boarders on the slopes of the Taos Ski Valley at the base of lift six AND in our shop located in the base area at 8A Thunderbird Road. During the summer months, we are on the road at art and music festivals in New Mexico and Colorado. We also cater events year-round!
