Utilizamos todas as técnicas tradicionais como "tandoori clay oven" que é um forno de barro com uma capacidade enorme de aquecimento, o forno pore atingir uma temperatura de 1.000 C.
É neste forno tradicional que preparamos todos os pratos Tandoori, como por exemplo o tradicional pão Indiano "Naan".

Welcome to the Clay Oven where we prepare delicious authentic Indian dishes using the centuries old tradicional tandoori clay oven fired up to 1.000 C.
This method of cooking allows us to quickly char roast meats, poultry, seafood and vegetables. The Clay Oven also bakes traditional Naan breads and rotis.
If there is a particular dish you would like, and it is not on the menu, please ask for the manager and if possible within the time available we will endeavor to prepare it for you.
