Our cuisine, prepared by Chef Poli Antonello, features traditional Tuscan recipes with an emphasis on simplicity and fine Italian ingredients - imported weekly directly from Tuscany for Cantinetta Fiorentina. We specialize in serving certified Tuscan Chianina beef and organic Cinte Senese pork, as well as fresh seafood, fish and homemade pasta.
