Amélie, Olivier & Vincent
Amelie, famous of Belgian TV, she did 2 seasons of "Mijn POP-UP VTM", this year she was sous-chef at Mémé Gusta, with the famous Vlaamse karbonaden, which she will also cook for you at the Edison.
Olivier the brother of Vincent, also a michelin trained chef, who's specialized in Catering with his own company "Olivier @ Home"
Vincent Florizoone has an impressive culinary background. Vincent was awarded the Best Young Chef in Belgium in 2007. His experience working in three of Europe’s best restaurants, Bruneau (Brussels) and Don Alfonso (Italy) brings an eclectic diversity to his style of cooking. His latest accolade includes being voted winner of the Finest Inventive Gastronomy category by readers of Belgian magazine Knack.
Later he got specialized in Belgian Craft beer & cooking with beer. Tim Web nominated him as Best Belgian Beer Chef.
