Billy and Yanna Kounoupis purchased Rudy’s Newsstand at 10 E Broad St. in Bethlehem, on September 29th, 2000. At the time, Rudy’s was known as a great place to purchase newspapers and lottery tickets, as well as grab a cup of coffee…. But Billy and Yanna had a different vision. They wanted to create something as unique and dynamic as the communities they were in. With a creative eye for delicious food and a lot of hard work, Billy’s Downtown Diner was born.

Flash forward 14 years, and their next adventure would start. Billy and Yanna took their not so ordinary ideas to the growing business district of Allentown, PA in the fall of 2013. Located at 840 Hamilton St, the newest Billy’s is nestled in the heart of yet another bustling downtown, and is equally as dynamic as its predecessor.

But they’re not done yet! Coming soon will be their third, but hopefully not final addition, to the Billy’s family. Where better to go? Back where Billy started, Easton, PA. We would like to invite you to experience the personal attention, great service, and delicious food that have made us such a hit!
