Wildwood Kitchen & Bar

New American Restaurant in Sacramento featuring a hyper-seasonal menu, fine whiskey selections, & craft cocktails.

With more than 25 years of experience under his apron, Chef Fred Haines has cooked with some of the world's finest in the business, including chefs Daniel Boulud at Daniel and Cafe Boulud in New York and Thomas Keller at Greystone in the Napa Valley. His cooking style captures the Northwestern flare with a touch of the Pacific Islands. He strives to use the freshest produce, meats, and cheeses from the nearby farms in the California region while creating new, fresh ideas for his Northwest inspired restaurants.

Wildwood Kitchen & Bar opens up into 4,000 sq. ft. of modern design, starting with the dining room that showcases a sprawling whiskey wall housing a selection of over 50 fine whiskeys from bourbon to scotch and Japanese whiskey. The bar program offers seasonal craft cocktails as well as twelve seasonal rotating beer taps highlighting regional breweries. The main dining room unfolds into a large outdoor patio featuring communal dining areas, fire pits and a live performance stage that host local artists throughout the year.
