Brooklyn restaurant pioneer Mark Firth brings the same rustic delicious food he served at his previous restaurants Diner and Marlow & Sons, to the Berkshires. We use only the freshest produce, mostly from local farms, and we buy whole animals, so we go through all the different cuts of meat, and our menu changes daily.
