The Hand and Trumpet is a decent sized pub, seating about 150, with classic old floors, rugs, open fires, books and old furniture. There’s a sizeable garden with a large pond, and we’ve built a deck out over the rear of the pub which overlooks the grounds. It’s a stunner when the sun comes out.
We began milling oats in the South Cheshire countryside in 1675, where we are still based today. Drawing on over 330 years of milling experience, it's pretty safe to say that that there’s not a lot we don't know about oats.
