Here at Bistro Deluxe, we believe that ingredients speak for themselves. Our food is essentially a contemporary, slightly decadent vision of what a Bistro should be.

Here at Bistro Deluxe, we believe that ingredients speak for themselves;

Our seafood will be supplied by the Fish Brothers, based in Glasgow. Stevie and Adele have built their business on the quality of their products: Gigha Halibut, hand dived Orkney Scallops, Peterhead Monkfish... We believe, as do Stevie and Adele, that Scotland's seafood is second to none.

All our bread will be cooked by Freedom Bakery, a not for profit social enterprise that provides the chance and tools to persons that have been marginalised by society. We're proud to associate ourselves with a project that helps give back to society, something that Paul very much holds to heart : whether it's getting a job in the kitchen or baking sourdough bread, sometimes an opportunity is all one needs to make their dreams come true.

Our coffee is from artisan roasters Johan & Nystrom of Stockholm. They are an equitable company that only source handpicked beans from sustainable farms. Our blend will contains Columbian, Javan & Brazilian beans.

In the spirit of all good bistros, our wine list is an extensive one; ranging from classics such as Muscadet and Chablis to more niche varietals like Assertyko from Santorini. With over 40 varietals from the old world and the new, and a cracking library wine list, we'll be able to cater to all tastes, whether you're after an easy going Pinot Grigio or a sommelier looking for something new.


The same goes for our beers: Scottish Wheat beer &Belgian Kriek Lambics will be available alongside more classic fares.

Our food is essentially a contemporary, slightly decadent vision of what a Bistro should be. The DNA is all classic, but the team's experience, attention to detail and passion will give it an edge which will make us quite unique.

We've a stove being custom made for us in France, and a coal powered grill which chef has hand picked. The boys have already baptised it: Old smokey Josper.
