What Is Tapas?
The word tapa actually means lid, and comes from the slices of bread that the innkeeper would place on top of a persons wine glass to keep out the dust. The Andalucians then thought of the idea of balancing some kind of small food on top of this piece of bread, and tapas were born.
At Olive we believe that serving a full array of tapas, meze and antipasto with influences from all around the world is an incredibly appealing way to dine.
