The winner of Best Bread in France* for 5 consecutive years, as the new owners of Le Four a Bois we promise that the bread will continue to be as amazing and wonderful as it has always been. We also promise that we will continue to offer the Specialités Niçoise that we are renowned for, and that we will include an ever growing selection of delicious cakes, pastries, chocolates, bonbons, Viennoisery and panification. We supply restaurants as well as the public and welcome visitors to our premises in Nice.

*The Best Bread in France is awarded by a panel who taste test all the bread from all the bakeries in France who produce their own bread. It does not include any pre-produced or frozen products that are purchased and baked for public sale. You do not enter this competition, they send someone to buy your bread and then the committee taste test it anonymously.
