KD’s Bar-B-Q serves up top quality, mouthwatering smoked meats in Midland, TX. We dry rub our meats and smoke them in 100% mesquite wood in three large smokers. Our brisket is smoked for 20 hours, and we’re also smoking delicious ribs, ham, turkey, 1 1/4" pork chops, chicken, chopped beef, German sausage, jalapeño & cheese sausage and hot links every day. With our huge selection of meats, you’re bound to find your favorite. Our pit is right in front of our restaurant, so you’ll be confronted with an array of delicious smells right when you walk through the door.
As a family owned and operated smokehouse, we’ve been voted “best of” nearly every year because of our classic family recipes for our exceptional smoked meats. We offer four different types of BBQ sauce; regular, sweet, vinegar, and spicy. There is also a bean bar included with your meal where you can pile up all the beans, bread, pickles, onions, jalapenos, and hot salsa you desire.
In the summer time, we open up our place to concerts and the occasional acoustic performance. We also offer limited catering, so if you’re in need of a big meal, let us know!
