We are a young and fast-growing company that in a very short time established themselves as the leader in the market for the Nocellara Olives manufacturing and trading.
We are simply the Nocellara Olives specialists therefore we are capable to offer any existing variety of this particular cultivar supplying it in large quantity, depending on the time of year and outcome of harvest. On top of that, we currently hold the largest factory in Castelvetrano.
Having located our factory right in Castelvetrano, we are able to operate directly on the spot selecting and supervising our stock from the moment it is harvested from the tree to the moment it is served on our consumers tables. This ensure high quality standards throughout all the process.
Apart from offering traditional pasteurized products, we can also offer the P.D.O. certificate (Protected Designation of Origin) for some of them. This certifies on an international level the characteristics of the geographical where the olives are grown and the transformation processes used. This makes our products simply unique.
