Founded by Ricky Carver in October 1993, Carver's On Elm was located in the heart of historic Graham, NC until January 15, 2014 when a horrible fire occurred causing the restaurant to be a complete loss. With the help of our friends, family and amazing customers we were able to look past this tragic event and look towards the future! On April 15, 2014 Ricky had the opportunity to purchase the recently closed Dottie's Diner on S. Church St. in Burlington. It took about a month to get the restaurant and kitchen the way Ricky Carver wanted it to be and then we opened our new doors May 12, 2014. We hope to keep pleasing all our original customers and some new. We had a great 20 years in Graham, NC and we miss it, but we are happy to have had the opportunity to reopen and hope to keep on pleasing for 20+ more years.
