The Burger Stand opened its first location in 2009 with a commitment to provide delicious burgers with homemade condiments for a one-of-a-kind burger experience. Our locally baked brioche bun is toasted with butter and our daily specials highlight seasonal, native flavors. Always wanting quality offerings for our vegetarian friends, we create all of our meatless patties in house and offer gluten-free options. We care about all of the details that go into making your visit to The Burger Stand special. And we do it all for the love of beer and burgers.

Since 1993, the Cowgirl has been serving up righteous barbecue, regional American cuisine, and a whole lot more at its Railyard location near downtown Santa Fe. The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Cowboys and Indians Magazine and Outside magazine have all raved about the Cowgirl restaurant offerings and recent features on Rachel Ray’s Forty Dollars a Day, and on the Heat Seekers TV show have added to the Cowgirl’s kudos. And of course, locals just love dining at the Cowgirl as evidenced by multiple years of Best of Santa Fe awards from the SF Reporter’s Readers’ Poll!

The Shed, a dining institution since 1953 is located on Palace Avenue just east of the plaza. Look for the small, vividly colored wooden sign that marks the entrance. The restaurant occupies nine quiet rooms behind Prince Patio, a sunny brick and flagstone courtyard shaded by trumpet vines and adorned with roses in the summer. Customers can downshift a couple of centuries and have one of the more satisfying experiences Santa Fe has to offer --
