Andy is the former Head Chef of Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall, in that position for 9 years, and before that at Fifteen London. During his 10 years at Fifteen Cornwall he designed menus and food concepts that satisfied the hunger of over 3/4 of a million guests. Alongside overseeing the award winning restaurant he also oversaw the apprentice chef training programme that had, to date, graduated 101 young chefs through the programme into the industry.

Cornwall's largest food festival, Padstow Christmas Festival, is an annual celebration of food, drink and all things Christmas, and 2017 will be our TENTH anniversary.

The event is FREE to attend, with a huge Christmas market, dozens of chef demos on two stages, lantern parade, fun run, firework display, food stalls and more.
