The Grill Hut is family owned and operated by Jason and Lori Scheer and their four children Jordyn, Hanna and Gabe who can be seen working hard on any given day. The Libertine focuses on brewing barrel aged wild ales with our heated rock (Stein) brewing system and coolship.
