Everyday starts with the scent of freshly baked bread wafting from the kitchen and the sound of fresh Organic Fair Trade Coffee grinding. Fresh fish is delivered to the back door daily and local vegetables become the day's "special" fare. Pan fried haddock, halibut, fishcakes and seafood chowder are the chef's specialties. The Mile High Clubhouse and gourmet burgers are famous. Try the Eggs Benedict Brunch on weekends with ham, smoked salmon, spinach, lobster or crab & asparagus.
