The Queens was taken over in February 2011 with one simple mission: to serve great, affordable pub food in a friendly, attractive environment. The offer is straightforward: a perfect pint and a superb meal, cooked on the premises using local ingredients, fresh and seasonal, but at a reasonable price. Our motivation is two-fold: The Queens Hotel is a pub, not a restaurant – so we serve pub food at pub prices. And we’re in beautiful Cornwall – so the kitchen is inspired by the county’s outstanding quality and range of home-grown ingredients and products. We want to welcome families – so there’s colouring activities to entertain little ones, small portion sizes on the menu plus baby-changing. The late Georgian listed building is located right in the heart of St Ives, minutes from the harbour front and beaches.
