We intend to create surprise vibes to the guests who walk in to the restaurant in order to enjoy their meals in the traditional Cajon hut on the first floor and a outdoor dining area on the ground, Log wood chairs and benches and clay floor, wooden hut, colourful Saree decorations and Punjabi and other Indian musics played to deliver exact Indian restaurant ambiance...
We do season it slow cook in glow, follow the HACCP in food preparation and we have build a traditional wood fired clay made Tandoor oven to cook Tandoori chicken and wood fired flame grill for other meats. Our meals are served with clay made pots and bowls even we do serve our freshly made juices and lassies in the clay made tumblers.
Our main meals are always combined with the 4 varieties of locally grown organic vegetables cooked in Indian style with coconut cream and olive oil and they are vegan too.. On the side we serve Naan bread and rice to go with the vegetable side and the main dishes.

1- We do import high quality organic spices and herbs from England and those kinds of spices and herbs are not in India unlike the Sri Lankans never get a chance to taste a high quality tea in Sri Lanka, like good quality spices are exported to western world.
2- Also we do keep marinated meats only 24 - 48 hours as per international standard and throw the rest afterwards.
3- We do purchase the vegetables from locally grown organic vegetable suppliers.
4- We follow international food preparation standard and HACCP control in food preparation.
5- We use olive oil to cook and fry. So these are the reason we cannot offer our meals to the low price range in Arugambay and we are in the reasonable category and what you pay what you get...
