Authentic Greek food served road side in Cambridge, Vermont. Food is homemade and the gyros are marinated and hand stacked. Gluten free and vegetarian options are available. Fresh vegetables from the garden are used when available as well.

PapaGyro's will be stationed roadside in Cambridge on Thursday through Saturday. On Tuesday Nights beginning in July PapaGyro's will be serving at Tuesday Night Live in Johnson, Vermont (with free music, vendors and community fun ensuing!)
