We focus on simple, honest food cooked to order. The freshest ingredients where possible and a mix of innovative dishes with comfortable flavours. Our authentic chargrill is where the magic happens, cooking a range of delicious chicken, premium steaks, handmade burgers and homecooked favourites. Our bar serves a range of accompanying wines, spirits, draught beers and of course, our famous cocktails.
From lunch, to coffee, to afternoon tea, a cocktail in the bar or a romantic dinner for two, NOM is here to make your visit a special one. With our quirky surroundings, combining exposed brick, artificial grass and intimate lighting, NOM provides a comfortable and cool setting to drink & dine.
NOM is located on Stafford Street, Stoke-on-Trent City Centre (Hanley), minutes away from the intu Potteries Shopping Centre, Cineworld Cinema, The Regent Theatre and Victoria Hall. NOM continues to be known as the largest independent restaurant and bar in the city centre, offering fresh food, fantastic cocktails and friendly service. Despite being in the city centre, we provide free car parking to our customers on our car park next to Kwik Fit on Marsh Street (ST1 5QZ) which is a minute walk away from the restaurant. We are the only restaurant to have a sheltered sit-down smoking terrace for those who cannot resist the urge.
Myself and the management team look incredibly forward to welcoming and looking after you here at NOM Restaurant & Bar Hanley.
