Messina's LaGriglia is a family owned restaurant located in the Catskill Mountains of New York. The owner, Edward Messina, has been at this location for ten years now. Before that, he used to work at the beautiful inn, Christman's Windham House for four years and prior to that was the chef and business owner of the infamous LaGriglia Ristorante for twelve years. Edward Messina is a culinary trained chef and graduate of the Culniary Institute of America. His wife, Lisa Messina, works part time as a hostess meanwhile his son, Andrew, is the pizza boy and his daughter, Rachel, is the marketing coordinator, bar maid and hostess.
In addition, the restaurant has a wonderful waitstaff whom are all accomodating and happy to serve for a delectable meal. Besides having a dining room, we do take out orders, pizza, catering and have a full bar with happy hour from 5-6 everyday ($1 off all drinks!). Thursday night is our Parmigiana Night Night.
