Alan was born in Bagnacavallo, Italy, in the Romagna region and after studying at the local catering school he worked in various four and five star hotels in his region gaining invaluable experience and appreciation for fine food and wine. At the age of twenty he left his sleepy Italian village for the bright lights of London where he began working in some of London's' finest establishments, including Michelin Star restaurants.
As everyone knows Italy produces very good Wines, and the South West is renowned for great Australian Wines, Alan your host, with years of sommelier experience will guide you to the perfect choice. All his travels, mastered his knowledge of wine and food.
